Since I moved to a new appartment and I dont have a DSL connection yet. I decided to use my Treo 650 as a Dial-up Modem via Bluetooth this is called Bluetooth Dial-Up Networking. It only cost 10 pesos for 30mins not bad for a GPRS/EDGE/UMTS(3G) connection..
I used "PDAnet for Treo650", this 3rd party application is perfect for a Bluetooth DUN.
Note: Before Installing the PDAnet you must first Pair your Devices both Treo and PC (bluetooth pairing).
Steps on how to install/use the PDAnet:
1. Download and install first the PDAnet application on your computer and also to your Treo 650.

2. After installation on both Pc and Treo 650, you must first know the Serial COM port used by your Bluetooth on your PC. In my case it is COM7 it is assigned by the Bluetooth program IVT BlueSoleil. Just enable the Serial COM port on Bluetooth Services.
See this screenshot
3. Open your PDAnet application on your PC configure the Settings,
* Select the Allow Bluetooth Connection
* Select your Bluetooth COM port.
4. Open the PDAnet application on your Treo 650. configure the Settings:
* Select the Service: (in my case SMART GPRS)
* Port: Bluetooth
* Check the "Remain connected on exit"
My first connection is 57.6 kbps.
